MEWTS is a cute multiplayer party game for up to 4 players with fast-paced action, unique controls, and a charming clay aesthetic. Players take on the role of Mewts, adorable little creatures that can stretch, swing across gaps, and use their bodies as slingshots. Play across five exciting game modes each with multiple maps, including Mewt football, frantic obstacle races, and a brawl where survival means pushing, shoving and slingshoting bombs in each other's faces.

Cute

In Mewts, players control adorable clay-like creatures that can stretch, grab both ends of their bodies, and fling themselves around. This unique mechanic lets players swing across obstacles and turn themselves into living slingshots. Grabbing, stretching, and slingshotting are at the core of every multiplayer mode.

Clay Aesthetic

Many of Shelter’s developers come from animation and visual arts, inspiring a handmade clay aesthetic. Every object in the game was first sculpted from real clay and then recreated digitally, giving Mewts a tactile, handcrafted feel while keeping technical requirements low. Even the characters were refined through stop-motion prototypes.

Couch and Online

At its heart, Mewts offers intense multiplayer modes for up to four players, both locally and online. Each mode features multiple maps, including:

Mewt football, a chaotic take on slingshot football where fouls are part of the fun.
Obstacle Races, where falling behind means instant elimination.
Brawl, a wild arenas where players shove, throw, and sling bombs at each other.

We are a new indie videogame studio from Prague Czech Republic.
